Deep Tissue consists of medium to firm pressure, nudging knots, holding contact in one spot for a few seconds, and firm strokes that will relax and soothe tension.

Lymphatic drainage massage helps in removing cellular waste from the body via the lymphatic system. This treatment will aid in activating peristalsis, clearing colon blockages, and breaking up fascia through the use of cups as well as sculpting or temporarily lowering edema using Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques.
